Hi,
We have an old solar thermal system that needs looking at urgently - do you have any availablility. I think it’s leaking the coolant through the pressure release valve.
Thanks
Hello, the boiler, which was serviced by you on the 23rd Feb, has stopped working. I have pressed the re-set button and the motor starts but does not fire up. The oil tank is full. Hope you can help.
Moved into a house with old storage heating as main heating source, now looking to upgrade to a heat pump system with something like a 6KWp array and 10KW battery system. Will also need installation of piping for radiators.
House was built in 1850s and is 290sqm but looking for a system for just main ground floor living and first floor bedrooms. House also has a three phase electrical supply 80amps per phase.
Can someone call back to discuss further.
Currently have a Air Source heat pump and heating not working, all three symbols come of the Grant panel but the compressor and fan go off after about 5 mins, so no heating but have hot water, are we able to get an engineer out? As we’ve used you before.
Hi, I already have 18.kwh batteries and 4.5kw solar in my property. Looking for air source heat pump on my 3 bed semi-detached in Grantham NG31 7JL. was recommended by a friend Mike Thwaite

I am purchasing a property in Woodhall Spa. It is a new build with air source hp. The property is a small 3 bed semi. Would pv solar panels be beneficial working in conjunction with ashp? Thank you for a response. Christine

Hello,
We have an oil combi-boiler, it's less than 5yr old but tonight the fuse blew, we fitted a new one and switched it back on, but that blew also.
Are you available to visit, find and repair the issue? If you are, could you provide a quote please.
Kind Regards,

Hello we are at Chestnut Cottage, Fen Lane, East Keal, PE23 4AY
We moved here mid February last year and as the oil heating boiler was relatively new it still feels important that we have it serviced soon.
I'm interested in solar panels, but only just getting into looking at them. Please email any time or call between 1pm and 2pm or after 5.30pm. Thank you
Hello, we have a Panasonic ashp, which is continuously losing pressure on the water pressure gauge in the main inside system. There is water dripping out of the water overflow pipe outside. Do you repair ashp? We are in Amber Hill near Boston.
Hello, I am in Wainfleet. I have had solar panels since 2011. I need a new inverter and probably 2 batteries. There is an inverter and a battery that need removing - long story. Thank you.
Good morning,
I have an LG ASHP which was originally installed and serviced by UK Eco Energy Solutions in Lincoln, who you may know have recently gone bust.
My ASHP is about 3 years old was functioning very well until about 6 months ago. It then started to occasionally shut itself down for no obvious reason, and since the weather has turned colder, this is happening with increased frequency, to the point that it now sometimes occurs multiple times per day. After shutting itself down, no error code is shown on the control panel, but it can usually be switched back on again and will function normally until the next random shut down. The colder the outside temperatures are, the more it seems to struggle. The system pressure, when the ASHP is working, remains consistently steady at about 1.4 - 1.6 bar.
Obviously, I'm now looking quite urgently for a new company to help me maintain the heat pump, as I fear this issue might turn into a longer term problem!
If you think you might be able to help, I'd be very grateful if you could get in touch. I'm not available very often on the phone during office hours, but Fridays and Mondays are the best days to get me, but otherwise an email is absolutely fine.
Yours hopefully!

Good evening.
We we supposed to have an oil delivery today but the didn’t as they’ve told us it’s splitting half way up.
I don’t know about splitting as such but I can certainly see cracking and was wondering if you could perhaps have a look and give some advice.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Robin.
